TikTok Shop Live stream presenter for sensory toy small business

We are looking for a lively and outgoing self-led individual to join and grow with our small sensory toy business.

We are looking for someone to mainly host daily live streams promoting the products on TikTok whilst packing orders live.

Individuals therefore must be confident and outgoing to talk to viewers to keep them engaged on live streams and upsell our toys.

We offer a fun, casual and light-hearted environment with independent working on various days where others may not be in the office.

Hours are very flexible, however to begin with working days will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 6 hours on each day, more hours and days can be given after depending on your preference.

Previous sales experience is desired but not required as training can be provided.

This individual will often be working alone in our office hosting the live streams, whilst also managing the office environment to keep it well organised and maintained whilst they're present, and therefore must be self-led and self motivated.

This is for a permanent long term job role where on top of the base pay we have a commission scheme available to earn more depending on live stream performance. We are looking for someone who will enjoy this role, and their energy will therefore shine through whilst engaging with the audience.

Duties will include:

- Independent self-led working

- Hosting & selling on daily TikTok live streams

- Fulfilling E-Commerce orders

- Managing inventory and maintaining a clean environment

Experience:

- Previous experience in a customer service field is desired but not required.

- Previous experience in content creation is desired, whether this be personally or professionally.

- fluent English speaking is required
